Course Description

Adult
Classes focus on cardio vascular development and fitness in a contemporary taekwondo setting.
Beginners
Little Dragons
Focuses on basic taekwondo techniques in a fun and well rounded program.
Poomsae
Traditional taekwondo teachings (i.e. pattern/forms & blocking)
General Sports Conditioning
This program trains the athlete in explosive speed and balance. This program is an excellent supplement to ANY sport.
Competitive
This course offers the student the most up to date sport specific training in Olympic style taekwondo competition.

General Training

Olympic Style taekwondo
Focuses on kicking drills, target kicking & bag work, cardiovascular development
